Comments about Z Palette 10-Pack Square Metal Pans, 10 ea:

I bought the pans to press my collection of loose eye shadows. This was supposed to make my makeup area more organized, and it is, but it is not perfect. The first problem is the Z pallette square pan is very deep. I had full jars of pigment and mixed with alcohol they barely halfway filled the pan. This is going to make the pallette more of a challenge to use in the long run, I think. It's sort of like what happens when you love a pallette to death and you are left with a half empty pan of your favorite shaddow and it gets harder to get your brush in etc. And you are starting out that way. This might be perfect for the MAC pigment pots or the HP pigment pots which hold more, but these were 1/2 sized pots that I got from some smaller make up companies. If Z pallette would come out with shadow pans that were the right sized for smaller pots, it would be much better. Other than that, the price was right, I paid $.45 per pan for the conveinience of never having to open a loose shadow pot again.
