My dermatologist said 3/4 of my complexion problems was due to over-processing my skin. He had me start by using ONLY warm water on my face for a week, and then only introducing gentle cleansers, most of which I don't think clear the oil from my face. This one does, and doesn't inflame the skin at the same time.
