I love this conditioner, i am currently deployed in Iraq, and found that the harsh water here is horrible for my hair. I have tried many shampoo & conditioners, and this conditioner so far is the best (they discontinued my 1st fave). I can actually brush my hair after washing it now instead of pulling out half my hair! All the other stuff i have bought have been pretty pricey, but this stuff does the trick for the harsh water here!

I have very fine, SUPER thick dry hair. This product made a big difference and I was pretty happy with it until I got to the bottom of the bottle. I couldn't get the conditioner out due to the horrible square bottle. Also, I use this system about once a week, so for the cost it's not a terrible price. However, I've used Bed Head Dumb Blond and Infusium and I can't really tell the difference between the three. If you're desperate it's worth a try. For me, this will be the last time I buy this product.

Out of desparation, I have tried just about every professional grade conditioner available. This is, without a doubt, the BEST conditioner for thick, dry, damaged hair I have ever used. The only exception is, the scent is entirely too extreme. I felt like people standing 10ft. from me could smell my hair. It smells like a super strong perfume that my grandma would have worn. The only time I can use it is when my boyfriend goes out of town and I don't have to leave the house. I really hope the manufacturer gets the message and creates an unscented version of this product...I will anxiously await the new product!

I write reviews for all kinds of hair products. Most of them rate very poorly, especially, for some reason, the more expensive designer brands. I use then once, and pass them on to someone else, due to their detrimental effect on my hair. I consider them a waste of money.However, I took a risk and tried the Warren Tricomi brand for dry, damaged hair and am absolutely ecstatic with the results of this system. The conditioner has a rich, sensual fragrance that is reinforced by the shampoo and strengthener. My hair feels so silky, I can't believe it's my highlighted, dyed, 50 yr. old hair! I have tried organics, from FRESH to Jason and Aubrey, designer products from Bumble & Bumble, Ojon, Philip B., etc. They were all garbage in comparison to Warren Tricomi. I can't say how much it means to me to have my hair feel silky, smell fabulous, and look shiny and healthy again! I'd give this line a 10.

I purchased the entire 3-step system but will use Kerastase instead.
1. Smell: The line smells like cheap men's cologne. 2. Packaging: The square shape makes it impossible to squeeze product out. 90% of the time the square bottle will slip out of your hand. You will have nice bruises on your feet or the bottle will become dented in the corners after hitting the floor.

I got the whole Tricomi system for extremely dry hair. While I liked the conditioning, I've used other much less expensive products that take less time and work just as well. Try Bumble and Bumble Gentle Shampoo and Rich Conditioner.

Yuck! I followed the directions carefully, using first the shampoo, then the strength, and finally the conditioner. It left my hair very tangled and dry feeling. I had to spray on detangler just to get a comb through.
