First use Duo Lip Pencil in a coordinating shade to shape and contour mouth.  Beginning at the center of your lips, use Brush #35 to apply a thin, even layer of Thinstick Lipstick.  Fill in lips up to and including the lip line.
 
Tip:  To add fullness to the lips, using Duo Lip Pencil, draw a fine line that is just over the edge of the natural lip line.  To reduce fullness of the lips, line just inside the edge of the natural lip line.  Fill in the entire lip with Duo Lip Pencil to create an even application of color and to ensure lipstick will last longer.  Remember to blend pencil with a brush to even out texture before applying the lipstick.
