this is the best eyeliner I've used since a cake eyeliner I used that is no longer available. It can be tricky to get as thin a line as I want but that's probably my lack of skill.

Update/correction:
After a longer while of trying, this Urban Decay liquid eyeliner flaked off easily especially at the inner and outer corners of the eyes and sometimes most of it. I liked it that it was easier to remove and that it was a matte brown, but that's it. I ordered another liquid eyeliner from beauty.com also, recently, Smashbox Limitless Liquid eyeliner and tried it on the hand and it was a nice matte brown, didn't rub off or flake off, and seemed to be waterproof. It has a soft thin long tapered tip, so it goes on pretty easy. I haven' t tried it on my eyes yet.

I love this product. Two issues though. I've used 3 tubes so far and the rubber stoppers come out every time I open the cap. I have to be ready with a tissue to snap it back down. Glad that they got rid of the "ink well" bottle they had before but wish they would bring back the "vintage tube". The "vintage" had a lot more product and the rubber stopper never came loose. The tube used to last me 3 months using daily but the new tube gets me by one month at best. I am allergic to almost every other product but this one agrees with me so I will continue to buy.

I have tried some other major brands, but this one is a better brown, not glittery or too shiny, more matte brown, which was what I was looking for. It glides on pretty easily, but sometimes you may need to dip again once more. It sometimes flakes a little if you rub in that area, so just don't touch it throughout the day. Otherwise, it stays on.

JUST WHAT I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR IN AN EYELINER, ONE THAT GOES ON EASY, IS WATERPROOF, & STAYS IN PLACE ALL DAY, UNTIL I DECIDE TO REMOVE IT. IT DOESN'T CRACK, FLAKE, OR PEEL OFF. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE THIN BRISTLED BRUSH APPLICATOR THAT ALLOWS ME TO EASILY DRAW A FINE, OR THICKER LINE WITHOUT IT SKIPPING. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS ARE THAT I CAN'T TELL BY THE CONTAINER WHEN THE PRODUCT IS ALMOST GONE, & IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE, EVEN WITH PRODUCTS MADE FOR WATERPROOF COSMETICS. BUT STILL A GREAT PRODUCT THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.
