I've been looking for a perfect dark purple liner for YEARS. This stays on all day and doesn't smear by the outer corners of my eyes like most liners. The ONLY thing I don't like is that it doesn't fit in my standard small sharpener so now I have to buy the Urban Decay sharpener! I guess that just gives me an excuse to buy another liner or two :)

Rockstar is a beautiful deep plum color with a coppery metallic sheen (not sparkle) that gives it interest. Easy to apply. Did not stay on me at all--disappeared entirely by 2:30pm. I would say I have normal skin and do not use any type of moisturizer on my eyelids and it is winter right now so I'm not sweating from high heat and humidity so I am surprised that it did this.

I truly thought I had found my ideal liner. Perfect color, easy to apply, and lasts longer than any other brand I've tried. But then I tried to sharpen it! UGH!! I purchased an UD sharpener and even remembered to place my pencil in the freezer first. But it was just impossible to sharpen! By the time I finally got some sort of point exposed I had wasted a ton of product. Then I tried to use it and discovered there were still sharp pieces of wood sticking out around it that scratched my lid! Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm sticking with retractables from now on.

I was looking for an eye liner with a soft look like kohl that didn't disappear in 5 minutes and this is it. Goes on nicely and stays put most of the day and is not harsh looking like liquid liners. Because it's long lasting it takes a bit more effort to remove at the end of the day.
