I love this eyeliner! Well worth the money! It is so creamy and I love the texture. It stays on all day but it is difficult to remove. It does not blend and does not smudge. Once you put it on it doesn't go anywhere. Which I hate because when I got the UD smoked palette, the booklet of looks to try said to smudge the eyeliner and blend it out and I was disapointed when I couldn't. But it does look nice in the water line, upper water line, and on the lid as an eyeliner and wonderful as an eyeshadow base. :)
