Great product! I always apply a very thin layer to my lids, allow to dry and apply my shadow. It's clear; it won't cover up blemishes, so I cover it with Clinique's Touch Base for eyes, in canvas, and then apply my shadow. I also put a little under by lower lashes to keep my liner on, and I use powder liner not pencil or liquid. My shadow and liner always look like I just applied them. It lasts out in the heat, through the rain and even a good cry! It's not sticky, tacky or heavy. I have extreme skin sensitivity issues and this doesn't bother my allergies either. All-in-all, I've tried the others and this one is IT, the price is right and the packaging is superior to others on the market!

This product wasn't worth the money AT ALL. My shadow still creased and faded by the end of the day, and the color wasn't as vibrant as my previous method. I had been using Cover Girl's white cover stick for years and will definitely go back to it (just dot it on lids, blend with finger, and apply shadow). It would sometimes crease a little by the end of the day, but the color was always vibrant and would stay strong till I removed it. I thought using this product would be better because it was designed to make shadow last, but I was wrong. Save a lot of money and go buy a white cover stick, you'll get the same if not better results.

The first eyeshadow primer I tried was Urban Decay and I couldn't figure out the hype. I got a free sample of the Too Faced primer with an online purchase and I was hooked! This is much smoother, softer, and has a better consistency than other brands, ahem, Urban Decay. It really makes a difference with how your shadow stays on, though I will say that I've never needed it with Too Faced brand shadows. I cannot, however, get Urban Decay or Stila brand shadows to stay on my face unless I use this primer. It works better than any other and costs the same. Try it, you won't be sorry.

Disclaimer: I am not a "makeup person" and rarely buy any new products, but this stuff is amazing! I bought the first tube based on a review on a website and could not be happier. My eye makeup stays on all day. Even my hairdresser commented about how pretty my eyes looked at the end of a long work day -- and it's because my eyeshadow stayed on from my morning application. Without it every eyeshadow disappears mid-day. When I use Too Faced Shadow Insurance my eyes look pretty until I wash it off before bed. No residue, no stickiness. I've recommended it to all my friends.

This is a wonderful product!!! It definately does what it says! After using this stuff, my eyeshadow lasted for at least about 18 hours without creasing. Absolutely love this stuff!! I use it everyday now.

I normally use Urban Decay primer but I read the reviews on this and wanted to try it. Don't buy it. It casued my makeup to crease in a strange way that I've never seen before. It was very unseemly. My makeup smudged off so easily. Also I guess there's something in it that I'm allergic to or that clogs my pores because my eyelids are broken out now which is not a good look. If you use Urban Decay, keep using it. If you don't, you should start.

I use Too Faced Shadow Insurance everyday when I put on my makeup. I used to use Loreal De-Crease before I tried this product. Let me tell you, I am not impressed. Its a good product but its so overrated. I got the same effect from De-Crease, but no one raved about it. I tried to used is under my eyes but unfortunately it burned my eyes a little bit. The product is ok, I dont LOVE it like most of the people do. Its pricey and overrated. :(
