This is the only way to use loose glitter.
Eye shadow first, then glitter glue with finger or brush, then glitter with finger or brush.
I use a silicone applicator to apply the glitter.
The glue can go on lips, eyes, whatever.
Goes on matte, won't mess up your eye shadow or lipstick. You can even put it on over existing glitter and add more glitter.
It's literally the only thing that keeps that freaking glitter in place.
Looks AWESOME. Totally profesh.
