I mixed/matched this palette with my matte Tarte palette. These get more use than my palettes from TheBalm (vol 1 & 2) Love the colors especially the Vintage Violet! I noticed when I get older, I can't really pull off the really shimmery stuff anymore except when I go to weddings or events! Also, the matte shades will tone down the shimmery e/s. The primer I use is just a cheap Cover Girl concealer because most high end primers make my eyelids itch and basically (to me) they are a waste of money. The three cards included to show you how to use the shades are a nice touch. It is small enough and secured by a magnetic close to fit in a handbag or makeup bag. The only con there is no mirror. Would repurchase again as long as TooFaced still makes this!
