I was fortunate enough to find a lovely little sample package of all/many of the Tocca fragrances and had the chance to sample my way through them before investing in my favorite, which turned out to be "Stella". I highly recommend it to all, but especially a mature lady who doesn't want an "old lady" scent (I am 49 years old). I also bought the candle and read reviews that the candle fragance is different than the spray fragrance(with most being disappointed in that difference). I am eager and hopeful that I am not disappointed, too (but in the opposite direction...). There is a nice little sample set out there of the Tocca fragrances....it was $18 for 8 of them, I believe...keep an eye out for it. It's a great value and a nice way to try before you invest.

I have been purchasing the Tocca Stella candle for approx. eight years and I am in "love" with the scent. When I found the Eau de Parfum I was so excited thinking that I could actually "wear" this scent and smell it all day long. However, it is nothing like the scented candle. I would really like to return it for a credit, so I could purchase two or three more candles.

Love the hand lotion and was diasppointed that the fragrance was quite musky and didn't smell as refreshing as the lotion. will rarely wear it.

I'm no expert on top notes, bottom notes, etc, etc....I know when something smells great on me, and if it lasts. This is a blood orange smell, but wthout any of the bright and fresh citrusy notes you'd expect. It has a softness, is sweet but not cloyingly so, and has an earthy warmth. It lasts well and sort of gets less orangey as the day wears on. My husband always says "you smell great" whenever I wear it-he usually responds to the vanilla/amber based scents, but this one is an exception (he hates flowery smells-they say many men do)...I use the Tocca Stella candles, and the body wash and lotion are great too. I waited for a perfume, and hoped it would be great- and it is.
