For years I have been searching (relentlessly) for the perfect concealer. I have tried literally countless high end brands. "TheBalm timeBalm
Anti-Wrinkle Congealer" wins my vote over and over again. The creamy consistency makes application so easy. The coverage is buildable… (meaning those wanting very light coverage and those wanting thicker applications to cover acne, scars, broken capillaries and dark circles will love this little pot equally). The product comes with a small circular sponge, but I highly recommend you use a brush to apply this product. The sponge gets dirty and saturated easily and there is no way to sterilize it. I have oily/acne prone skin and this little guys works miracles. It doesn't look greasy or artificially shiny. You can apply powder over it and it will not look cakey. It doesn't increase the frequency of breakouts I experience from time to time. It truly works for a variety of skin types (I gave my sister a pot of it and she has very dry mature skin). As with all concealers, proper application and blending is important, (start with a clean moisturized face for initial application) but this formula is more forgiving than most others (making it quite user friendly). The range of shades to select from is great. There is likely a color for everyone. Finally, the formula claims to have anti-again benefits. My only complaints are that it can start rubbing off and or melting in very warm whether and after (extended wear 5-7 hours). It also seems to transfer to clothing in these conditions.
