Weakest of all the AOS products. Way too thick. Also, makes your hands quite greasy after application. So, need to really clean hands before you can use your razor. as your hands will be very slippery. In addition, it is all scrapped off during your first shaving pass. I found best use is to apply and rub in before your ATG pass with razor. Apply, rub-in then cover with shaving cream and shave. That said, if you have decent face prep an oil isn't needed.

Comments about The Art of Shaving Pre-Shave Oil, Unscented for Sensitive Skin, 2 fl oz:
I am huge fan of "The Art of Shaving Products". I have struggled with ingrown hairs and razor burn with other shaving products and electronic razors. Using the art of shaving products has been the only way I have found to keep the number of ingrown hairs down. I enjoy the "wet shave" experience with a classic safety razor. Takes more time but for me its worth it. In addition, it is an unscented product which is great. Great product

Comments about The Art of Shaving Pre-Shave Oil, Unscented for Sensitive Skin, 2 fl oz:
I use it a bit differently. What I do is apply it right before my ATG pass which is my third pass. Works great to make this most potentially irritating pass go smoothly and effortlessly. After my WTG and XTG passes I wipe my face clean with a washcloth then apply a few drops of this oil which I rub in. Then I do the ATG pass. Why? I found the oil only works well with a single pass as it is shaved off with this pass. So, I "save" it for my most critical pass.

I have very sensitive skin so I have tried lots of products for shaving. This is by far the best product for my skin. When I use the pre shave oil, I don't have irritated skin like I usually do. The oil provides a clean shave and smooth skin.

Comments about The Art of Shaving Pre-Shave Oil, Unscented for Sensitive Skin, 2 fl oz:
The Art of Shaving Preshave Oil is the best one I've found, of preshave oils. I get a much closer shave, zero irritation, and my skin feels better after shaving with it, than it dos when shaving with just the lather alone.
Comments about The Art of Shaving Pre-Shave Oil, Unscented for Sensitive Skin, 2 fl oz:
I like the effect it has on my beard before lathering up, but the glass is a bit much. I like to shave in the shower and have to be very aware of the glass.
