I got a little freebie kit with a previous Beauty.com order and gave it to my boyfriend, who started using all of it. This product is the one he has actually stuck with using and really likes. Before he didn't like moisturizing because it made his skin feel greasy and didn't help with irritation but he really likes and uses this product. I'm happy because he's happy - and because his face is so soft and smoochable!

Went through some bottles of other stuff and sticking with this. Uses two squirts per shave and shaving every other day, the bottle lasts a year, so it's a good value. There is a good slight smell even though it's unscented, but barely noticeable. Some product clogs and congeals at the tip of the dispenser, but easy enough to rinse or wipe away.

This was in the travel kit I surprised my boyfriend with a couple of months ago. He is a recent Art of Shaving product user. Since using the shave oil, creme and this balm, his shave is extra smooth and lasts all day -- a complete plus. He loves the balm even more than the oil. The unscented balm has a really nice fragrance (why does an unscented product have a smell???)that we both love. He uses it everyday for a great shave.

A really great product for after a wet shave. Works very well to moisturize, soothe and protect freshly shaved skin. It is better to use the Balm in colder/drier months when your skin really needs more moisture. I found it a tad heavy/greasy in the warmer/more humid months (May to August or so.) For those months I switch to their Aftershave Gels. The Unscented is a bit more thicker - and more protective than the Lemon. But, I do like the Lemon scent. Wish the aroma lasted longer though. A little goes a l-o-n-g way. Just 3 small squirts will do a whole face.. So, it lasts a very long time.

Use it every day after showering and shaving. Moisturizes and cools without being greasy. I used to use the run of the mill stuff, but really have found a difference using the Art of Shaving products.

I have very sensitive skin.. which makes shaving a dreadful time. I always get bumps after shaving. When I use this to shave, the redness is much better and there aren't as many bumps. I have tried lots of different products, this is the best after shave balm I have come across!
