I have seriously been at my wit's end with my hair since moving to an area that has hard water. I also have what can only be described as complicated hair: it's very fine, but there's a ton of it. And it's incredibly curly. To make matters worse, I'm going gray, and the texture of my hair is changing. THIS shampoo is the only thing to make my hair manageable again. It's soft and has body now, and the gray has been tamed, so to speak.
Now I wash with this, condition with Crema, and put Life Drops in when it's wet, and let it air dry. I try not to use a comb or a towel on my wet hair. With this, my curls are perfect--no disintegrating into fuzz and frizz over the course of the day!
So I don't doubt that this product doesn't work for some people. I honestly think that it wouldn't work as well for me if I lived somewhere with soft water (it really does make a difference!). But if your hair is anything like mine, you know what a pain it is, and this might be worth a try.

When I read about all the celebs that use this product line, I thought for sure that I'd get beautiful, bouncy locks just like them. WRONG! My hair was so tangled and tattered after I used this shampoo...it was so bad that my stylist asked me if I was a swimming every day!

I bought this shampoo for a weekly deep cleansing shampoo, but was pleasantly surprised with how gently it cleaned my hair. I use it daily and for my fine and color treated hair it is perfect. It also leaves your hair smelling fresh and clean all day!!!

I am blown away by some of these reviews because I have extremely dry hair (naturally and because of damage) and found that this shampoo worked extremely well, especially when used with the daily conditioner. It's a very mild clarifying shampoo which is exactly what I need since I do not wash my hair every day. Also, it smells delicious, just like a coffee latte!

I do not like this shampoo. It makes my long hair tangle and I have to use tons of conditioner. It drys my hair out. I disagree with Allure Magazine recomendation.

Horrific shampoo - I purchased this shampoo in hopes that it would moisturize...it completley dried my hair out. I had to buy another shampoo from my hairdresser to fix the damage.

Here in FL we have hard water and that, along with the hair products I use, can leave my hair flat, listless and heavy. I started by using this weekly to clean away the 'goo', but now I use it every shampoo because it is a light, daily shampoo which leaves my hair feeling great. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a daily cleansing shampoo that won't damage your color!

I love this shampoo. I don't use it every day because it is VERY moisturizing and my hair can get greasy. The smell is awesome; very light, very clean.
