Comments about tarte skinny smolderEYES Amazonian clay waterproof liner, slate, .04 oz:
I've used this pencil on bare lids, over foundation, over foundation with eyeshadow and over eyelid primer. It tends to 'skip' and
applies best with short feathery strokes close to the base of the lid/lash. It can be smudged a little, to soften the line, if you work quickly. The liner will creep and will fade during the day -- as do other pencil liners, to be fair. One reviewer suggested refrigerating eye pencils before sharpening; that may help in returning a tip to this pencil.
