Gently pull outward on outer eye corner and glide tip along upper and lower lash line for a crisp lined look or use smudger-end of pencil to soften line.

Difficult to apply. Very difficult to sharpen. Clay is so soft it 'mushes' down any point you try and get. Best to dot it on the eyelid or lower and then use the smudger to blend. It is better than your finger I have found. Do not use too much as a little goes a long way. Won't buy it again but will probably use this. Won't last long...keep trying to sharpen.
