This is my first review of a product and I read reviews all the time to make decisions online. I had to review this one!
I have tried everything from the cheap drugstore curlers, heated pencil-style, plastic, etc and I have found this to be the best so far. My mom cut off my eyelashes as a baby thinking they would grow long as an adult and she was wrong. They were super short but something has caused them to a grow a little longer. They are probably still concerned short and unless I curl them, you wouldn't even know they were there!
This curler helps them stand out. Being mixed blood, my eyes are mostly almond shaped and I have problems with pinching both on the inside and outside corners. I have found this product to cause the least about of pinch if any sometimes.
My first one was stolen so I am on here buying a replacement!

I also had some pinching at first, but I found that slight technique adustments fixed that.
I travel a lot, and something bent or broke in transit one time. I don't know how I could have packed better to protect the curler, but now it's all wobbly and gives me a 3 out of 10 curl... not to mention the fact that now I actually poke myself in the eye since the grips slip after it broke.
I have to get a new curler, and I will go for another brand. Something more compact... that travels well.

I've used eyelash curlers for over 20 years. I bought this one for two reasons: 1) I travel a lot and I was looking for a design that was more compact. 2) It had some really great reviews. I can honestly say I've never been so disappointed with a purchase I bought after reading good reviews. This eyelash curler is awful. I tried working with it for a week before I gave up and threw it away. It pinches and it doesn't curl hardly at all. Really disappointing. Prior to this I was using a $6 Revlon brand eyelash curler. I'm going back to that. It curled great and never pinched.

I have been a loyal user of this curler for years! I highly recommend it to everyone. You just apply it once at the base of your lashes and it gives the most natural curl that lasts. Never pinches or pulls out any of my lashes. Easy and safe to use. A must have!

The best curler I have used! I had curler that would pull on my lashes. I had enough and I went for a stronger looking one and I got it with this Tarte one.
I had been looking at this particular curler for a while and finally took the plunge and I am glad I did, it is worth a few extra dollars, I think :)

I use this everyday now. I bought it as a replacement for my very old eyelash curler. It is really effective in curling lashes. It seems to pinch a little bit if you're not careful. Practice/daily use makes this less so.

Bought one, couldn't find another at the store so purchased a different very expensive eyelash curler unfortunately wasted money on the other guys. Don't make my mistake and buy another brand this curler is the best of the best! Thank you Tarte.
