I gave this eyeliner a try because of the eyelash enhancing properties it has as well as the review. I am surprised how great this eyeliner is compared to the one I used to use (name brand and $$$). This one really doesn't budge all day long where as the top dollar name brand would be running down my face by the evening. It comes off easily too. I will definitely buy more and I highly recommend this!

Best eyeliner I own. Construction of the felt tip has some bristling issues from constant use and putting the cap back on - but this doesn't ultimately make the liner worse. Fine to thick application that I use almost every single day for a classic cat eye. For a more blended, smoky look lightly dust some black eyeshadow on top of the line you draw. Color is black but not the boldest black (use a brush tip liquid liner if you want bold). Tarte makes great products!
