How I love the Tarte pot liners!! They go on easily and stay on all day until I take them off.
No watery eyes anymore and not a racoon to be found.

I have this liner in plum, and it is a gorgeous color in the pot, but it is really not pigmented. I find I have to use a lot of product to get a decent amount of color, and having to apply in layers makes it difficult to get a thin line. I like doing a cat-eye look with this liner. I got the liner in a gift set for Christmas, and it didn't come with the double-ended brush. I use a normal angled liner brush to apply. It looks very dry in the pot, probably due to the clay content, but it still applies smoothly, although not super-even. As for it being waterproof, yes, I suppose, although water-resistant would be more accurate. It does fade, especially on oily skin like mine. I haven't tried it as a shadow. It seems like it would be easy to blend based on experience with correcting mistakes.
I generally like Tarte products, but Coastal Scents makes a better (though not natural) gel liner that really lasts and allows for efficient application. The brush that comes with this might make it worth the price depending on how well it works, but overall, I'd say get a different product.
