I knew I would use this as a base not as an actual eyeshadow like I can with my Maybelline 24hr Eyeshadow Color Tattoo that I bought on Drugstore.com
This is alot shimmerier I dont know if its the color but it overpowers the shadow.
Also there is NOT much product, I have to apply this with an eyeshadow brush because I can't stick my fingertip in the jar with my acrylic nails.
All in all I recommend you trying this because it's the only waterproof base product that says what it does, doesnt crease, highly pigmented, long lasting.. Just keep these other things in mind before you buy
