Comments about Sue Devitt Eye Illuminator Pencil, Epernay, .03 oz:

I bought this to use as a brightener on the inside corners of my eyes and under my brows; however, it doesn't blend well enough to use in that manner. I plan on using it as a base liner, with a dark liner on top of it, so that I haven't completely wasted my money!
