Smudge Pots will dry quickly, so work quickly to blend the color. Begin with Brush #13 close to the lash line. Brush #4 and #20 are also great for application. For a smoky look, gently blend the product up toward the lid. For a smudgy look, use your fingers to blend. |

I have ice blue eyes and fair skin, so I have trouble with the darker shades of eyeliners looking too harsh. I use the Stila Smudgepot in Cobalt daily as an eyeliner, sometimes doing a thicker line or a fun little cat-eye extension. I've gotten so many compliments on this eyeliner from my esthetician to co-workers to total strangers!
It does take a little practice and a somewhat steady hand to get the lines even, but the gel is a more forgiving medium than some liquid liners I've tried. Bobbi Brown Ultra Fine Eye Liner Brush is perfect for application. Before applying the liner, I use MAC pencil in Buried Treasure on the underside of my lashes to give depth.

Its not as bright as you'd think! it goes on with the true color, but it kind of blends in because it can be sheer, depending on how thick you put it on. Its definitely a fun color so play around with it!
