Comments about Stila Smudge Crayon Waterproof Eye Color, midnight blue, .04 oz:
I mostly use this eyeliner by itself because I love the color so much. It is a rich dark blue and it looks like the sky at twilight afer the sun has gone down and the stars are beginning to be visible. So it is not too dark, light or bright. I line my upper lashes and the outer part of my lower lashes, sometimes I smudge. I frequently use a navy blue mascara which adds to the impact of this eyelinger. Whatever I do it looks great. I have heard that older ladies, like me, should wear a blue eyeliner because it counteracts the yellowing of the whites of the eye that occurs as we age. I agree that my whites look clearer. It is a suble clue for age, someone must be close enough to see your whites, but I feel that I look younger in my mirror when wearing this eyeliner. I would recommend this liner for just about anyone.
