Most tinted moisturizers now seem to be more light foundations than moisturizers. In this case, Stila appears to have made a moisturizer that dissolves into a powder. At first, I didn't like it, but as I got used to it, it became more agreeable. And the coverage is thorough, but still oddly sheer and natural looking. It's not what I thought I'd want, but in the end, I really like it. And the color is very natural as well.
