This is a beautiful shade but very fragile. It came shattered in the box. Beauty.com sent me out a second compact, but it was shattered as well. They refunded me promptly with no questions - it is a gorgeous shade, and I will end up buying it from a store. Beauty.com had wonderful customer service and refunded me no questions asked. I think because it was such a shimmery jewel shade, it just couldn't handle being shipped in the large box - it got bumped around in shipping and broken. If it had more packing, maybe it would have made it. Huge bummer. It looked like blue glitter had exploded in the box. If your looking for shimmer - this is your shade! :(
