Comments about Smashbox Jet Set Waterproof Eye Liner, Teal, 1 ea:

I heard that this product dried out quickly, but the color was so pretty that I needed to try it myself. It was pretty much dried out before I even opened it the first time. I had to drag my brush through the pot probably about 10 times before it picked up any color. And to do one lid I had to dip the brush about 5 times. Because it was so dry, it was impossible to create a thin line. I either got a dud or this is the worst cream/gel liner ever created!
