There is no better powder then this ONE!

After using hundreds of powders finally I found the best one and the is the Smashbox Halo and I couldn't imagen that there is better product available-this stuff is just the best I've ever used!

more color(s) options were available. I tried it alone, under mineral makeup, and over liquid makeup. The color (I used Light) was not a good choice for me. My face looked grey!! I have oily but "maturing" skin, so I thought the *hydrating* powder would be a plus to my skin. This was not a good choice for me.

I've been using this stuff for a few years now. Other than the cost, it's perfect. I'm 50 yet it still gives enough coverage to hide my discolorations/spots/uneven skintone without having to apply foundation under it. I use it daily and it lasts me for nearly six months (that's how I justify the cost).

This is a good product. I do notice the appearance of fine lines softening when I use this product. It gives me a nice overall finished look after applying a base foundation. Thinking that this will especially be a nice add when winter comes and the air is dryer. Looking forward to the long term effects with the gold in the product.

I was so excited to try this! Loved the concept, loved the packaging, however everytime I use this, I break out really bad! It looks pretty when you first put it on, but if you have a hint of oily skin - it's going to be gone by midday! I really want to like Smashbox products, but it seems like they aren't made to handle oily skin.

I agree with other reviewers that the medium is too dark, and the light would be too light for me. I didn't notice any reduction in the appearance of lines, but it is a quality powder. Not sure I would risk buying again, though.
