Glow - luminous bronze

As we say in the studio, lighting is everything. The gorgeous shimmer of this luminizing lotion softens the way light reflects off of the skin to add radiance and help hide wrinkles and imperfections - it's like a soft focus lens for the skin! Mix it with your moisturizer, primer or foundation for an all-over glow, or dab on cheeks and brow bones to highlight. Contains ginkgo biloba and japanese green tea for added healthy-skin benefits. In a new airless pump for freshness to the last drop!

Comments about Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion, Glow, .7 fl oz:

I bought this product in the bronze shade and it is way too intense and dark for my fair skin. The pearl shade might have worked better. I wanted a sun kissed glow and the product came on too thick and was too dark for me even when I tried to blend it. I had used this product a long time ago, and maybe it's me, but it seems like they changed the formula and made it thicker and more highly pigmented. This might be better for those with medium to dark complexions, but I would not recommend this for those of us with very fair skin. Too intense!

Comments about Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion, Glow, .7 fl oz:

I loved the earlier version of this product and the color. It was very fluid and gave a great "glow" as the name suggests. The new packaging seems to require a thicker consistency and too much comes out with a pump so that when you try to blend it with a tinted moisturizer, like I am used to doing, it's too dark and orange-y. Bring back the old formula please!

Even a drop of this was too much. Would not purchase again.

Comments about Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion, Glow, .7 fl oz:

I would recommend this product with the caution that you need to send it back if it has a bad smell and has separated. This has happened to me twice with this product. On the plus side, this gives a nice warm shimmery glow to medium-to-tan skin. I mix one pump of this with 2 pumps of liquid foundation in my palm, and apply from there. Gives nice even shimmer all over my face. I wouldn't recommend it for the acne-prone, though.

Comments about Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion, Glow, .7 fl oz:

It could be my imagination but with the new packaging (smaller amount of product) the color is definitely darker. This was my favorite Smashbox product of all time; hopefully the next bottle will be like the original formulation.
