My forehead can get really oily throughout the day if I don't set it well. My nose shows shine regardless of how and when I set it. This finishing spray did an amazing job of keeping it oil-free up until I showered my makeup off, which was about eleven hours later. At twenty years old my makeup tends to settle in my laugh lines relatively quickly, but a few sprays under and over my makeup allowed only the slightest amount to settle MANY hours later, even after smiling throughout the day. It actually wasn't even that noticeable. Using this as your final step will keep you from looking overly powdered and gives your face a nice dewy glow. I purchased the four ounce bottle, seeing as this was my first time testing a finishing spray. I wish I'd gone for the eight. This is an absolute must-have! It really does make a difference in how well your makeup wears through the day.
