Added shine and smoothed out my hair after the first wash. The winter weather was making my hair look really dry and although I use pricey shampoo & conditioner, my hair would still look and feel terrible after I'd condition it. This is a wonderful product since it makes my hair smooth, shiny, and healthy looking. The cons are that it is so silkening that it takes away some of the body from my hair (probably because dry hair has much more body) and because I have long hair one tube probably won't last more than a month. However, that's fine b/c my hair was looking terrible because of the winter weather.

I LOVE this conditioner. I have very curly hair that I abuse on a daily basis as I am a swimmer. This conditioner is great on my hair. I tend to get very dry frizzy hair because of all the swimming I do, I've tried everything, and this conditioner leaves my hair soft without losing curl.
