Comments about red flower organic perfume oil roll-on, guaiac, .3 fl oz:
First, I must say I love all of Red Flower's products. I have been gradually making the change over to ALL organic products and thought (as per the reviews) this would be a great fragrance for me. It smells AWESOME in the bottle. The I put it on. OMG!!! I smelled like I had bathed in a bottle of RAID or some other equally as disgusting insect killer/repellant. I had just put one drop on each wrist as a test but, it lasted FOREVER and I could smell myself for hours. Obviously, this one is not for me. I am going to give it to my sister in hopes it smells better on her. I usually wear Bvlgari Au The Rouge... think I will be sticking with that one!

Bought this on a whim because I love orange scents and the convenient roll-on form appealed to me. Loved it at first sniff. The orange is a nice, subtle layer hovering over the almost sandalwood undertones. Best description is "sophisticated hippie."

Comments about red flower organic perfume oil roll-on, guaiac, .3 fl oz:
I bought this after trying a sample elsewhere. I love natural orange smelling fragrances. However orange is a very difficult fragrance to master. It can come off as too cleaning detergent-y smelling or be too reminiscent of orange peels in garbage. This orange is fantastic. It is somewhat literal but in the best way and has a nice smoky orange dry-down. Probably due to the Guaiac wood. Its not your typical perfume.
I checked off that I would not recommend to a friend but only because I prefer to keep my signature beauty secrets to myself.

Comments about red flower organic perfume oil roll-on, guaiac, .3 fl oz:
I smelled this perfume in the Red Flower store in New York and I was instantly smitten. I don't really care that it's organic, that's not why I bought it. I am a huge perfume lover, and this is among the loveliest perfumes I've ever smelled. Totally unique, fresh, very versatile, it's tricky to categorize or describe. The other two Red Flower perfumes are not as impressive. This one, however, also got a rave review from Chandler Burr, the NYT perfume critic. Please note, Burr's one complaint about the weak lasting power does not apply to this oil version, which I would definitely recommend over the more expensive perfume one.
