I first purchased this product because it contains no silicones which tend to dry out my hair and cause breakage over time. I have naturally curly hair which is really just a frizz ball if I don't try and tame it. I use Phytodefrisant on my roots, and this product on the rest of my hair before I blow dry on low heat. I say 'low heat', because without this product, I'd have to use the highest heat setting on my blow dryer to achieve the same results, and therefore, fry my hair. I can certainly tell the difference if I don't use this treatment. My hair won't set as well and slowly gets bigger and frizzier throughout the day. I adjust the amount I put on my hair based on the humidity and the style I choose (straight or curly). The more humid or straight, the more I use.
