When using this as a topcoat over fresh mascara you can make it look like you're wearing false lashes it smooths out your mascara and removes clumps and lengthens...the lashes just look like hair, not like clumps of makeup. BRILLIANT. It's also great for waking up your existing mascara that you've been wearing all day.

The Ramy Triumph Mascara Revitalizer is the only thing I've found that allows me to put a second coat of mascara on later in the day when some of it has worn off, like after yoga or a nap, without build-up. It also smooths out mascara that has clumps.
