I have been using this product for many years. I only use it as a foot scrub. Well, actually, I also use it around the house when I need to scrub the spot/stain off of a hard surface (I don't use toxic chemicals in my home). It has a lovely, but intense, peppermint smell and it is very thick and gritty. That's why I don't use it on my body, just on my feet. On the rare occasions when I've used it on my arms, it causes an intense cooling sensation that literally makes me feel cold. But it's the best foot scrub I've ever used and I use it daily in the shower.

While this is definitely not cheap, it is the only product of it's kind that I've found on the market. I wish they still sold the minty lotion that was it's companion, too. This exfoliates, cleanses & cools me down in one shot. I have a higher-than-average body temperature & am almost always warm. There are peppermint cleansers out there, but none of them are this high-quality. They either leave a film, aren't cooling, don't lather well or have some other issue. For a minimalist who's not into perfume & not into using a separate scrub on my body, this is perfect. After a hot & sweaty workout, it's heavenly when used with a puff in the shower. Used with a net shower puff, it lathers well & the tube lasts a long time.

I think this is a very nice exfoliant. The exfoliating beads are not hard, the scent is refreshing, and I love the icy-cool feeling that you get when it rinses off. Unfortunately, the price-tag has all but convinced me that it's not worth a 4 or 5-star rating, and to seek another product when this runs out.

This is second only to Bliss Lemon Sage Scrub (which used to be called Lemon Peel). It is REALLY minty and cooooool!

I love this product; it gives a very cooling sensation that lasts for a while! It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it.
