How I use the product: this product is very pigmented. I normally just scoop out a 1/4 of a pea size with a Qtip and put it on the back of my hand. Before i apply it to my face, i add my favorite moisturizer to it so it becomes a thinner consistency. This makes the application a bit faster and a lot smoother for me since i have pretty dry skin. Whenever i need a fuller coverage, i do so by tapping this product directly unto my face. the blending process is more time consuming but the finished result is fairly natural, so i only do this for special occasions.
I ordered xs-6 for my light/medium Asian skin (warm,yellow undertone). this shade is REALLY yellow even for me. so definitely do some research on the different shades before you order as this isn't a super cheap product and one little tub will definitely last you for a very long time. once you find the right shade, this will be a great investment for your makeup stash.

This is a little pot of magic!! I just used this for the first time and I can't believe the results! You need the tiniest bit to achieve full coverage, so this is actually a great buy at [$]. I have tired every foundation under the sun and this is my all time favorite! I am just amazed!!

This just had a weird texture, and really is not a foundation. It is very thick, best for spot applications. Gave my face a weird look; overall not usable product. The color I had was a greenish tinge as well. Threw away. My skin tone is Fair-Medium asian. I was skeptical to buy this at first since it's hard to find the perfect shade and it's pretty difficult to get your hands on. I've been eyeing on the KA-SSE for quite a while and reading good and some bad reviews about it just to get an idea. But i don't take other people's opinion about a certain product coz every person is different, so i want to try it and see for myself.. this is definitely HG. They say you only need a tiny bit of product for your entire face, and guess what... they are right! Like the tiniest bit of product covers your entire face and this will last me forever :) i am so happy i finally bought it and oh i got the perfect shade for me SX-06 for reference. Totally totally worth the price.

I wanted to love this product, but personally I found it was too thick. You would probably need to mix it with a moisturizer, but I could not find a good consistency when I did mix it. It did not feel good on my skin and it had a very strong smell. I would definitely recommend asking for a sample before you buy it, to see if it works for you.

I purchased this in SX4 and found it to be too yellow for my skin. I am a perfect NC20 in MAC so I was expecting it to match perfect from a review I read, this was not the case. I was really hoping it would be a perfect match but it wasn't. I tried to order the SX5 but it is out of stock.

This cocnealer/foundation is great. gives flawless coverage. I used it as a foundation with a damp beauty blender sponge and it worked really well and looked very natural considering it is full coverage. I definately recommend using the beauty blender sponge when using this product. You will use alot less product and the application is effortless.I have to give it a 4 because of the price. [$] is alot for such a tiny jar but with the amount i used to cover my whole face I think it will probably last longer than a 1oz liquid foundation. Also the smell is a little unpleasant. Flaxseed oil is what it seemed to smell like. but I'm picky when it comes to fragrances

Honestly, you should never see a bad review about this product, IT IS THAT GOOD! No one should complain about the price or the size of this product (it will last forever!), not like those inadequate drugstore concealers that don't cover and cause breakouts. This is by far the best concealer/foundation I have ever come across, hands down. The first time I used it, I was completely amazed and thought to myself 'how on earth did I not discover this stuff before!!' It is a miracle worker! If you have a less than perfect complexion, this product will definitely help. I suffer from a few acne 'icepick' type scars on my face and combined with a face primer, this foundation covers flawlessly. I am so grateful to Kevyn Aucoin's make-up line for creating a totally remarkable product!!

I bought this to cover my very dark under eye circles and it delivers! I have tried many concealers...Amazing Cosmetics concealer, dermablend, covermark...the list goes on and on. But this does not cake or settle into the fine lines under my eyes like the others do. And you need such a tiny amount and it blends so well that it doesn't even look like I'm wearing makeup.
