A beautiful combo of colors. I have allergies to most blue pigments (make my eyes tear) and this one is no exception--but that's not a negative about the blue, I knew of my issues going in; I wanted the green and the blue was just coming along for the ride.
Once I got my hands on the green, however, I was slightly disappointed. I wear my eye makeup dark and heavy. It takes many, many layers of this green to go on with any real impact. The blue, when I used it on my upper lid, was just an average blue, and didn't really wow me with its hue/sheen/sparkliness.
For a pretty, fall-ish look, I blended the green with an orange pigment on my lids, and got very good results.
In short, if you go for the dramatic, this is a good makeup for using along with other colors. By itself, it's just okay.

I adore NARS products and love the high level of pigmentation which allows you to build the color in very thin layers, (rather than thick, cakey layers). My issue with this particular set is that the colors are not as flattering on my skin tone (light but golden) as I had expected based on the set's description on the NARS website and on the set's popularity. Though the quality is excellent, I am unable to wear these colors unless going to a club, et cetera. For the price, I wish that I could get more use from the set.

This product looks much better than it works. This eyeshadow line by NARS was supposed to have a lot of pigment in it. Well, light coverage it is. Two color contain tiny glitters. I had very high expections, since it is a pricy little duo. I have fair skin with olive tones. If you think your different skin tone would get better results, go for it!

This is a gorgeous color, and that's what drew my attention. It's a little expensive, but it stayed on all day unlike other brands of eye shadow. It has a shimmer too, which I love. I used the yellowish color and applied it to my brow bone, and the bluish on the lid.
