This is my absolute favorite NARS duo. I use one on the lid and the other as a highlight. The difference is subtle but dimensional. Blendable, easy to wear and fool-proof application.

I can't really tell any difference between the two colors, which I suppose is fine since I was trying to find a smooth, natural color for everyday use — now I have twice as much of the same shade instead of two subtly different shades. The shadow is very sparkly on my extremely fair skin and maybe someone with a darker complexion could use it as a highlighter, but if it weren't for the sparkles I wouldn't even know I had it on. Using a primer underneath made no difference whatsoever. The texture is nice and smooth but the shadow crumbles easily. When I nicked one shadow with my fingernail, the shadow cracked and disintegrated.

I looked a long time for some light pinks that didn't have large glitter chunks or that weird green iridescent color - these were perfect, highly recommend.

If you are looking for the smokey eye, forget it. If you are looking for great everyday basic color, this is the duo for you. Colors are nice and neutral and will not clash with other makeup colors (cheeks/lips) that you are using. This duo will remain in my makeup bag for a long time.

I had this duo in the old Skin Deep palette and LOVE it. They are the most gorgeous shades that subtly emphasize the eye area. You won't get a ton of color - these are light shimmer shades. For reference, I am a pale olive brunette with brown eyes.

NARS products are great. However, this eye shadow offers minimal or no color on the lid. Both colors are shimmers...I would use as a highlighter or on the lid and then use a darker color in the corner. I am fair and this product makes me look washed out.

This is one of the best eye shadows I have ever used! The colors have a great shimmer to them and they stay on all day! Would recommend to anyone who loves make-up, but still prefers a natural look.
