To create the look of thicker lashes, simply dot the color across the base of the lashes and connect the dots.  Blend with finger or Push Brush.  Repeat the steps for added definition.

• For Long Lasting Color:  Apply Eye Shadow using the Push Eyeliner Brush over the pencil, the two will adhere to each other and set for long lasting color.
• Create Mystery:  A favorite trick of Francois Nars, apply a bright eye shadow color over the pencil.  (Example:  Black Moon to define the eye and Lulu to add mystery)
• Inner-membrane Lining:  Use the forefinger and gently push into the skin just under the eye.  The membrane will pop out perfectly so application is easy and non-irritating.  Inner membrane lining will not make eyes appear smaller when used to complete the smoky eye.  It actually extends the look of the eye.  Avoid using inner membrane lining as the only definition under the eye, as this will cause the eye to appear smaller.
