Once the lips have been defined with appropriate lip liner, use the Lip Brush to apply lipstick to the lip. Using the Lip Brush will provide control and aid in blending. Applying the lipstick directly from the tube will allow a richer application of color. For more of a matte finish and to remove excess product, place tissue over the lips and gently smooth finger over the lips. For Extra Long Lasting Color: Define and fill in entire lip with lip liner. Apply lip color directly from tube. Using only a single ply of tissue place tissue over the lips. Using a powder puff or sponge, pat loose powder over the lips to set. Reapply lipstick. Full Looking Lips: Add Lip Gloss or Lip Lacquer just in the center of the bottom lip and at the bow of the top lip. |

I agree w/the other person who reviewed this lipstick in 07. I am also Asian w/a medium olivish complexion. The lipstick on me is a "your lips but better" color (reddish brown). Color is sheer, but buildable so you can layer it for the evening. The only cons are the price and that the lipstick doesn't have the staying power I would like.

This lip color is a sheer reddish brown on me. It's a nice, everyday natural look and feels light on the lips. If layered on, color can be more intense. Lipstick is pricey and doesn't last too long especially if used on a daily basis.

Love this color ! I am Asian with an olive/tan complexion. This color is perfect for everyday, and for evening I just top it with a little extra shimmery gloss and I am good (great!) to go !
PS- it is medium sheer, so it looks much darker in the tube than what actually shows on your lips.
