PROS: A lovely sheer wash of color, very flattering shades, great texture, no scent. Does not last forever on the lips, but it doesn't claim to. Moist finish without being icky, sticky shiny. Very natural looking: like your own lips but better. Reasonably priced, and has some SPF protection.

CONS: Dreadful white rubbery case that turns an unappetizing dingy grey in your purse in about 5 minutes. Embarrassing to take out and use. Have been complaining to dept store sales staff about this for years in the hope that it would make its way up the corporate chain. Other than the packaging, it's a terrific lip gloss.

I was hesitant to try a lip color bought online - but the earlier reviews were right: the color matches YOUR skintone(I'm fair/blonde/blue eyes); looks great; feels wonderful. Love it.

I love the Berry color but it was not available so based on other reviews that this was not as dark as shown, I gave it a try. It is too dark, leaving my complexion looking shallow. I am a blonde with medium tone complexion and the contrast is not flattering. This is NOT a replacement for the Berry color.

The product was recommended by my friend but it looks like it is not allergy tested. I had a very bad experience using this product. I had bought the honey shade of this lip balm and it dried up my lips and had cuts and cracks when I used this product. I am really disappointed.

I've used Elizabeth Arden 18 Hour Cream in the jar and in plain lipstick form for years. This is the first time I've tried it in tinted form, and it is wonderful. The tube color is dark but the actual color on the lips is a transparent, lighter shade of the tube. The results in just a few hours of use is nothing short of a miracle. I threw out all my other lip balms. The only down side is the cover is too loose and it slips off too easily. The lipstick could get ruined through contact w/other items in the purse or cosmetic bag.

Love this lip balm, very moisturizing and contains spf to protect lips from the sun. Provides the perfect rose/berry stain to lips for a natural but polished look. The scent is sort of rose/citrus, not bad, but would prefer non-scented.

This lipstick is different than most -- it's a little greasy going on, and doesn't have perfect coverage. But add a little lipgloss on top, and it looks amazing. My lips look fuller and younger. It doesn't seem to bleed as much as others. It definitely doesn't last for 8 hours though. I have to reapply 2-3 times during the workday. The color is nice, too. On me, it lightens to a perfect rose shade, no matter how heavy I put it on.

This is a staple in my cosmetic arsenal. I love this stuff. I go through one every six weeks. The color is perfect for my olive complexion and the color is sheer, perfect for day use.

I decided to give this a try on the reviews, well THANK YOU ALL!! it is really a great lip product. Don't panic when you first open the tube and see how dark this lipstick is, it is VERY misleading, NOT AS DARK AS IT APPEARS!! Once applied it is the SHEEREST plum/wine/burgundy you can find. It is truly pretty, and for the ladies who like to apply gloss over your lipsticks, TAKE NOTE, with this lipstick you DON'T need a gloss. It is that SHINY AND SHEER. Also it is a TRULY UNIVERSAL SHADE, I was at a wedding in the powder room applying this lipstick, still don't know how it happened, must have been all the wine myself and the other bride maids had been drinking,but my lipstick ended up being passed around. Let me tell you,from the fairest to the darkest lady tried it, and instantly fell in love. Each and every one of us got our own unique shade from this lipstick ranging from deep plum, wine, and burgundy depending on our skin tone, as a matter of fact my 2 sisters and the bride bought bought this lipstick several days later. Ladies this one is a WINNER for sure.
