Very nice flat iron, just as good as more expensive ones I have used. I have straight, medium length hair that is not too thick. I only need a few minutes to get it super straight and glossy with this flat iron. I do not know how it would work with very thick or coarse hair, but it seems to be very durable and it heats well.

Works Great. Love the multiple heat settings and that it heats up so fast. Doesn't pull my hair. Threw my old one away.

I love these flat irons. I am African American with Type 3 hair (not biracial) and researched flat irons for about a month before purchasing. I choose Hairart over sedu, chi, and fhi. I have medium length hair, that can get frizzy and sometimes can be very "fly-away". My hair is relaxed but I am in the process of transitioning to "natural". I can flat iron my hair in about 20 minutes. I have been using for about 3 weeks, once a week. I love the fact that I don't have to go over the same piece of hair over and over again to get my hair straight or curly! So far I can say these flatirons is well worth the price. I love the fact that I can get a professional look every week without the salon price.

I use this product because I have thick hair and it straightens it out to my expectations. I love it because I am never disappointed with this product it does what it says. People always commenting on my hair in between salons and I tell you if it wasn't for the Hair Art I would be lost. To me I can't say anything about it because I have tried so many flat irons and I was disappointed with everyone except the Hair Art. Also, It curls my hair the way I like it.

There are four females in the family all with different hair types. We all much prefer the Hair Art straightener over other types we have used. They have lasted a few years with multiple users.

I have had several hair straighteners of good quality. This one is the best so far! It heats up quickly and allows me to style my hair so I'm out the door in no time at all. It's gentle and does not dry out my hair, which others have done, but rather leaves it soft, smooth and shiny. My hair is normal; not thin and not thick.
I only wish this product was offered in wider plate widths because I would surely purchase another HairArt product.

Ok ... so this iron has been great ... till a few days ago ... i was getting ready to go out on a regular friday night ... plug in my hairart H3000 straight iron, crank it up to 410, which is the temp i always heat it at, and when i came back to the iron it was smoking from the inside where you adjust it ... very scary! ... anyways ... with that said ... the iron is GREAT! it lasted a bit over 3 years though ... i have plenty of friends in the industry and they said that's about right for a person who uses it allot ... all in all i highly recommend the product ... even though it only lasted me 3 years ... my hair has never been styled so flawlessly ... in fact the reason i am writing this review is because i am ready to purchase the same one to replace it ... that's how much i LOVE this product ... if anything it really put things into perspective ... NEVER LEAVE YOUR IRON UNATTENDED ... no matter what brand ... i was lucky to be home ... God forbid i would have forgotten and left ... well ... thought i would share my experience with my lovely flat iron ... ... so ready to buy its twin ... hopefully it can last me a bit longer ... :)

i bought this to style my 11 years old hair , she have a very long curly hair and i pay 30 dollars every time i take her to my friend to straighten her hair .
my sister came to visit me and she brought hers with her and i loved it so i bought one for us to use our own home :)

I find this product to be very easy to use and it only takes minutes to straighten all of my hair - and I have a lot of hair! I am very pleased with this product!!!
