I picked up the Murad acne line including this face wash, the toner, the exfoliating gel, the clay mask, and the lotion. I've been using them for 6 weeks now, and the overall texture of my skin is radiant and clear. I still have a few breakouts from high stress, but I really like this line. The lotion and clay masks are my favorites as they work better than any others I have ever found! However, I think some of the success is due to the fact that Murad does an excellent job with getting you into a routine. Every day and night I cleansed, toned, treated, and hydrated! So, due to the price, I think that if I stuck to a routine using drugstore brands, I could keep my face radiant and clear. I may keep the clay mask though since I wouldn't go through it as quickly.
This toner is wonderful between washing and treating. It does indeed dry the skin out a bit, but it's fighting acne! You must follow with a lotion. I really like this toner and I'll try a few others, but if I don't like them, I'm returning to this one!

if you have sensitive skin, this product may sting or hurt. I used it with caution because my skin is dry, but only limited the use to 3 days a week. Every time I used it it stung, and when it dries, it feels sticky on your skin and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this to anyone, especially those who are suffering from mild to moderate acne.

I have been using this toner for at least a year now. I have very oily skin, and I remember the first time I used it it felt harsh and stingy on my skin. So I only used it once every 2 days to allow my skin to get used to it. Then overtime I began using it once a day, and now twice a day, and every time I wash my face I feel very refreshed applying this. What I do realize is that whichever cleanser I use before matters. Right now I am using St. Ives and they work pretty well together for me. As for my pores, I honestly haven't seen them shrinking. But then again it probably also has to do with not finding the right moisturizer for afterward yet. My main dislike is the alcohol in it, but if you remain consistent with the products you use together and give this toner some time, it won't be irritating.

I use this product every day to make sure that all my make up is off and fight oily appearance during the day. It leaves a really nice clean feel. I have seen a nice change in my skin since I began using it and thinks this is a really good compliment to the clarifying Murad Cleanser.

This is the best toner ever for acne! I have sensitive skin so toners with lots of alcohol just made my skin peel. This refreshed my skin and literally sucked out whiteheads and even some blackheads. It works wonderfully in conjunction with the acne kit. I can't live without this now!

I LOVE this product. I've found that it's a great toner for those with oily/combination skin. Drier/sensitive skin types might not enjoy this product because the witch hazel and menthol will make the face sting. For those with acne use this toner after the cleanser to restore the skin's pH and then moisturize! It'll vacuum out all those impurities!

This is a very refreshing toner--it feels so good and wakes you up in the morning. The smell took a while to get used to--it's somewhat medicinal smelling. Highly recommended.

I used this with the cleanser and the combo did not improve my skin at all. My oily skin with occasional breakouts stayed exactly the same. My skin felt clean, but in my experience these products are not worth the price.
