My fiance uses this after shaving, but his favorite use of it is after I've tweezed his eyebrows. He's got some really unruly ones, so I tweeze them at least once a week and the only way he gets through it is knowing that he's going to get a little massage with this stuff after it's over. It's gentle & light enough to use in the area around his eyes, while still powerful enough to cool the irritation after tweezing. If I forget to grab it, he won't let me near him until I get it from the bathroom. Must have, and not just for shaving.

Although I don't like the strong albeit short-lived lavender scent, this product is aptly named--it is a post-shave cooling gel, and that's precisely what I was looking for to comfort my "razor-hating" skin.

My husband loves this balm. He hates cologne and has sensitive skin so the scent is pleasantly herbal and comes from the herbs healing the skin. While it is very much appropriately scented for a man, I'd say it was almost like an aveda-like scent. I've used it on my bikini line and few times when I tried to get "just one more shave" out of an old razor. Fantastic stuff!

A wonderful product. I am very prone to unpleasant skin irritation that can last for hours after shaving, and Jack Black Post Shave Cooling Gel provides almost complete relief. It moisturizes with glyercin instead of oils, so it does not feel greasy or heavy. The fragrance is pleasant, a typical non-musky masculine fragrance that doesn't last long enough to compete with your cologne. The price may seem high, but a very little bit goes a long way: the quarter-size amount recommended is way more than enough. My only complaint is that it can feel sticky for a few minutes after you apply it, but that goes away.
