I love to combine different product to address my different needs. This is a great deep condtioner. I have short hair and my duaghter has medium length thick coarse hair. This product works great for the both of us. After using our hair is very soft and smooth. My daughter does not really keep her hair well through out the week so this is a great product to bring her hair back over the weekend. Well worth the money. And it lasts!!!!

I absolutely love this conditioner. I put in on after shampooing my hair, and then I sit under the dryer for 15 minutes, so that I can get maximum penetration and when I rinse it out my hair is like SILK!!!!!!! I was reading other people's comments and they said it was hard to apply, but on the bottle it says you have to put it in your hands and rub you hands together to warm it up, and to allow it to melt a little bit. I had no problem rinsing this conditioner out of my hair. To be honest, you have to try it yourself because I tried Giovanni's Direct leave in which had like 55 reviews positive reviews, but when I tried it, it made my hair hard and dry looking. So hopefully this mask works for you as well as it did for me!!!!!!

This conditioner works better if it is liquefied by adding glycerine or a not as thick moisturizing conditioner. On its own, it's sticky and can be hard applying to African-American hair that is relaxed.

This product is definitely a waste of money. I have long color treated hair and it did nothing to make it feel softer or less damaged. The conditioner has a very thick consistency and I found it hard to work through my hair and hard to rinse out. Try Alterna Luxury instead.

I went through two tubs of this stuff over several weeks and didn't notice a substantial difference in my hair. It would have had to have given me miraculous results in order for me to buy it again. I say this because the overall experience of using this hair mask, unlike so many others, is so unpleasant. It smells like paste to me, and has a very sticky consistency. It is laborious for me to rinse out. Also, it may have been very nourishing, I couldn't tell, but it didn't leave my hair soft and smooth the way I would have hoped.

I was really disappointed with this conditioner. I have ethnic hair and I'm always looking for something that give my lifeless hair nourishment. The first time I used it, my hair was very dry and seemed harder to manage. I thought it was because I didn't leave it in long enough. I tried it a few times after that, and still the same result.

Horrible, I really hated this product. It leaves your hair hard and with absolutely no shine. I love all the PHYTO leave in products, specially the PHYTO 9 and 7, but PHYTO shampoos and conditioners are absolutely horrible.

I have relaxed chemically treated hair. I take care of my hair from maintenance to relaxers. My area has hard water, extreme sun, and fine dust in the air. I used the Phytokaritethis conditioner only once, and am now a committed customer to this product. The jar is small, but only a small dab or two is required to condition thick medium length hair (my hair description). I have used many products before, often being mislead by price (expensive = good quality) or name (very popular brand in salons). The Phytokarite is the best conditioner I have ever used. After one use, my hair is bouncy and soft for nearly two weeks. I add hair cream to my hair every two to three days for shine, but not much is needed after using this conditioner.

I wrote about the Phytonector shampoo, and rated it five stars. The same goes for this conditioner. It makes the hair very soft and does detangle if left on for about 15 minutes-- the usual time for conditioning the hair. The product smells nice, and so does the shampoo. I just ordered the mist leave-in conditioner, I will give that a try also, just to see how it works. This conditioner is wonderful for dry, chemically-treated hair--your hair will thank you.

I have relaxed hair, and this product is the best. My hair is now shiny and soft like never before.
