Salt: Dissolve 1 cup of salt in warm bath water. Soak for 20 minutes and shower off. Rest for half an hour.

Mud: Spread generously over body (avoid wounds), leave on 7-15 minutes rinse with warm water. Mud may be heated for maximum benefit.
