I was wondering if this nail file would be worth the price and I was pleasantly suprised. I've had it for a couple of years now and I'll put it in the dishwasher every couple of months and its just as effective today as it was years ago. I'm not buying a replacement, I'm finally buying one to keep at home so I can put the old one in my purse.

I have used this nail file weekly for years and have found it to be a quality product. It should be washed and dried after each use - which is no big deal. Just soap up your hands, rub the file between your palms for a few seconds, rinse with warm water and pat dry with a towel. The entire process takes about 30-45 seconds. The idea is to remove the powdered fingernail from the rough surface so you will get the best result at the next use. It has shown virtually no wear after all of these years and I expect to be using it, happily, for many more years. It is a bit pricy, but it is of very good quality. My nails are smooth, snag free and look great!
