This brush really gets through wet, long, thick, wavy hair! I was having terrible problems after washing my hair and began to dread it because I could not get even a wide tooth comb through it without tearing so much out! The pain was really bad--I had a headache every time I styled my hair after washing. This brush is a miracle and I have already recommended to my friends. It. Just. Works!
