Ensure skin is clean and exfoliated. Always use a tan mitt and with five to ten pumps at a time, apply with circular movements. Use sparingly on hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Do not moisturize or use moisturizing shower gel prior to application. Shower after four to eight hours, and if naturally pale, leave longer before showering.

This is the best self tanner ever. It looks like it's replacing the untinted gradual tanners that they've had in various tones which is also very good, but this works on all skin tones and just adds a bit of color. I use it on my legs all summer and on my arms and upper body all year long so as not to look 'pasty'. It has absolutely no smell and goes on easily. I use it 3/times a week.
