Ensure skin is clean and exfoliated. Always use a tan mitt and with two to three pumps at a time, apply with circular movements. Use sparingly on hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Do not moisturize or use moisturizing shower gel prior to application. Shower after four to eight hours, and if naturally pale, leave longer before showering.
